1. 植物次生代谢途径的调控及解析:利用分子生物学及化学手段完成对植物次生代谢物的合成途径相关基因(代谢途径酶基因、转录因子、以及miRNA等)的克隆及鉴定,进而实现对代谢途径的有效调控。

2. 利用多组学分析探索环境因子对药用植物及花卉次生代谢产物影响。

3. 植物次生代谢产物应用于提升啤酒风味及品质。
